Inventory Clerk Of The Year Award – the winner!!

The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks
is pleased to announce the winner of the 2010 Award for Inventory Clerk of The Year. Emma Goddard of EG Inventories in Bournemouth received her award at the AIIC’s recent AGM held at The Hilton Hotel in Bracknell, Berkshire. Emma also received a cheque for &0 and one year’s free membership to the association.

AIIC members are all independent Inventory Clerks and were nominated by their clients - landlords and letting agents. Chairman Patricia Barber said ‘The AIIC is dedicated to raising industry standards and believes that detailed factual reports in the form of property inventories, check in reports and comprehensive check out reports are vital components to a successful let. This is our first annual award presentation, it has been well received by the industry and a great success.’

The staff of Hallum Residential were among those voting for Emma. Sally Hallum said – ‘It’s great news that Emma has won this prestigious award, it is well deserved. EG Inventories are very professional and easy to use which reflects on my business.’
