This new show runs under the banner ‘Unifying An Industry’
– the same theme as we have at PROPERTYdrum magazine – and is now the only major show for estate agents and property professionals
in the UK in 2010.
To make the show accessible to all it will take place at the ICC, part of the NEC Group in central Birmingham. It’s a short distance from Birmingham New Street station and there is parking nearby and a short walk at the NIA centre.

The organiser, Taybroke Events, says it will be the largest event of its kind. 8,000 visitors expected
The organisers are anticipating a whopping 8,000 visitors over the two packed days, appealing to residential and commercial property agents, domestic and commercial energy assessors and anyone with an interest in the property market. The Property Ombudsman, the NAEA and ARLA are backing the show as are the Department of Energy & Climate Change and the Energy Saving Trust.

On the evening of 17th, The Property Professional Show is launching of the PPS Awards 2010 , the newly formed Property Professional industry awards , following on and combining the Energy Assessor industry awards that took place last year.
This new venture recognises excellence in the sector and creates a platform for the entire industry to showcase and celebrate best practice.
The awards schedule works towards a spectacular gala dinner on the 17th May 2010 attended by over 550 guests and proving the perfect opportunity to network with key industry figures.
