Metropix, suppliers of floor plan based products is celebrating its fifth anniversary, having launched its services to the market in 2005. To celebrate the milestone, Metropix is running a competition during March which will automatically enter all existing registered customers into a prize draw to win free 3D floor plans for the next 12 months, worth at least £1,000. One lucky winner will be drawn at random and notified on 1 april 2010.
Prior to Metropix’s launch, cost restraints typically prohibited the use of floor plans on the average property. Metropix’s initial objective was to introduce an affordable solution which would mean that every agent, from the smallest independent to the largest chain, could include a floor plan on every property. Since then, Metropix has added new products to their portfolio and now offers a range of property ‘visuals’ including 3d floor plans and walkthroughs, interactive floor plans and 3d models within virtual worlds such as Google Earth.
Nigel Keene, partner at Atkinson Keene was the first customer of Metropix and still uses the floor plans today. “We pride ourselves on being a progressive agency and have won numerous awards as a result. All Metropix existing customers will be automatically entered into the 5-year anniversary competition. The winner will be chosen at random on 1 April 2010 and notified in person.
