Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a residential property management role within an
estate agency or similar practice. This role is unique – no Saturday work, no inspections (office based), no out of hours call handling

Accounts Administrator (experienced) – Rickmansworth
£18,000 - £22,000 p.a.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience working in purchase ledger or Sage 50 Accounts or previous experience in a similar role. A busy role with excellent promotional prospects

Lettings Administrator (experienced) – Rickmansworth
£17,000 - £20,000 p.a.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a residential lettings administration role within an
estate agency. This role is unique – no Saturday work, no viewings or front agency duties etc
